I remember, in my past I had the realization that I had many more disappointments in my life than major high points. This awareness came about after an experience triggered disappointment and sadness. In a meditation I asked my higher self and spirit guides for guidance on the bigger message. I knew it was a waste of time and energy to be mad and angry at the person whom triggered this current experience. I went into the emotion of this sadness. And, the sadness was an accumulation of disappointment. There are layers to healing, and I knew this was a deeper layer I was processing. I also had the awareness pop in that said, “what if this was a huge cleansing of many years of disappointment and sadness and the rest of your life will be different? You will live with many more high points, how would that feel?” A took a deep breath and I could hear a gurgling sound in my belly, like a big release. I did a couple of rounds of meridian tapping on the emotion of disappointment and sadness, and I processed the emotions in a visualization technique.
When we have releases like this, we step into more powerful energy that is freed up to focus in a new positive direction.
What if this was the case for you too? What if now is the time to recognize all lower vibrating emotions within you to assist you on your path into wholeness, into your full sovereignty? We recognize them as a witness, no judgment, full acceptance and a place of neutrality.
We enter our wholeness when we heal and process our emotions, accept our lives fully and love who we are right now. And, value our path and journey. We can’t enter our full sovereignty holding onto years of disappointments and sadness.
On the path into our full empowerment, we are stronger within who we are, what we are meant to express, and our divine connection to the whole of everything. I have an understanding that my disappointments throughout my life taught me that I need to recognize myself and truly see me for all that I am and all that I be.
And, this message is for you too. Take a good look into your own eyes, your own beautiful soul, and revel and bathe in your true essence.
Call upon the light within. Say, “I choose to explore my light from within. I choose to amplify my light, to feel it and know it exists.”
It is exciting to know that as we are all evolving we are walking toward remembering our true divine self, a fully empowered, beautiful, infinite being. And, this is who YOU ARE. You and I and millions of people are part of creating the shift into the new paradigm of empowerment and unconditional love. Thank you for being part of this shift with me. I honor you!
