On request from my some yoga students, I made a gentle yoga DVD and a basic level yoga DVD. You can practice in your home, take with you when you travel, and do parts of the video that your body wants to do that day.
You can travel with it and play on your computer or watch it on your television. Join me in a tranquil and peaceful outdoor setting to relax, breathe, stretch, hold poses, a couple of sun salutations, balance and smile. Enjoy! May it help you relax, connect, build strength and flexibility!
Enjoy the gentle poses in a serene outdoor setting in nature. The DVD is good for a beginner or the experienced student. It begins with relaxing mindful breathing, gentle seated stretches, sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses and ends with a sequence of poses on the back.
I have seen so many wonderful transformations in people and it is my pure joy to have students share their yoga practice with me. It brings me peace, calm and a pure open heart feeling connected to the oneness of everything. Have you tried it?
