The Corporate Wellness Meditation Visualization classes are offered as 30 minutes or 60 minutes lunch time (online) and are live classes. These interactive classes have helped hundreds of people release stress, provide solutions of ways to respond to life challenges and to feel better. They are very experiential and are designed for participants to feel relaxed, peaceful, uplifted and learn relaxation and stress processing tools and techniques to use in every-day life.
Laurie begins all her wellness classes with helping others quiet their busy mind, disconnect from everything going on externally, and breathe, relax and connect with the present moment, connect with their heart, and get centered and balanced within. Each class consists of relaxation, mindfulness experience, processing emotions, empowering story, group sharing and theme. Each class has a topical theme that covers our everyday challenges, with higher perspectives and solutions.
