If your company is serious about the emotional and mental well-being of your employees, this is a great course! The Florida Board of Nursing and Florida Board of Nursing Assistants have APPROVED this course. All nurses and nursing assistants earn six continuing education units for attending. Laurie offers this course online to national and international companies.
Class Agenda: Unconditional love and empowerment: What is it? What takes us away from it? How do we connect to it and feel empowered? The course explores our emotional attachments, personalizations, acceptance, letting-go and unhooking and using our mind powerfully. The course discusses communication techniques during challenging conversations as well as uplifting, positive inner perspectives and language that raise our vibration. It is a course of self-awareness gifting the employees with positive ways to process emotions, trust themselves, guide their thoughts positively, and respond to life through a calm disposition. with emotional maturity.
Stress Release Restorative Experiential Class
This stress release class is designed for participants to have an experience of relaxation, and inner peace. During this class, using several techniques to manage emotions, participants learn how to process anxiety, worries, feelings of being overwhelmed to get into a state of inner peace. They will be in a comfortable seated position on the zoom session while Laurie calmly guides the class through beautiful, mindful and relaxing visualizations and breathing and “stress processing” techniques. Also including in the class, Laurie demonstrates with participants EFT, emotional freedom technique, a powerful way to balance the body and get into a state of inner peace and raise our vibration and feel more empowered.
FEARS, WORRIES, HATE, ANGER, ANXIETY, STRESS, JEALOUSY, REGRET, SADNESS, SUFFERING ARE ALL TOXIC TO OUR EMOTIONAL BODY, MENTAL BODY, SPIRITUAL BODY AND PHYSICAL BODY. This class gives you the tools to process these emotions.

Healing Through Loss and Heartbreak Live Class

This class is for people who are healing from a breakup, considering a breakup, or a loss of a relationship. In this two-hour interactive class, we explore our current emotions and process anger, sadness, and all uncomfortable emotions. We explore our beliefs around love, relationships and observe our patterns and limitations.
