Make a commitment to smile more, laugh more, breathe and allow your light to SHINE, SHINE, SHINE! We at SmileAcrossYourHeart.com propose that the 1st day of every month be Smile Across Your Heart Day. On this day we will be more "aware" to love ourselves a little more; to be our authentic selves; to speak from our hearts with compassion for all, allowing all of our thoughts and beliefs to be for the higher good for everyone. Feel connected to creator source and feel that love inside you.

On this day, do things that fill your heart with joy.

The intention is to feel a smile from the inside out. And, then the whole world benefits!

Smile Across Your Heart Day asks you to engage in activities that brightens your spirit and feeds your soul.
What feeds your soul? What hobbies or things are you interested in?

Many times it’s the simple things that brings the most joy like playing with a puppy, engaging in a hobby such as jewelry making, creative writing, creating your own song and singing it, writing your autobiography on the most special moments in your life, dancing and skipping around your house, meeting new people, volunteering, planting seeds in your garden, reading books in the library, practicing an instrument, ballroom dancing lessons, taking a cooking class, trying new foods or activities, or getting involved in a cause. See if you can smile to everyone you come into contact with on this day. Observe the difference your smile makes inside your body (i.e.- more relaxation, your heart feels lighter) and in the energy exchange between yourself and another person. Watch their face relax and possibly reciprocate the smile back to you. I am personally grateful for all the smiles that come my way. Send this information to everyone you know; spread the light!
