On this day we will be more "aware" to love ourselves a little more; to be our authentic selves; to speak from our hearts with compassion for all, allowing all of our thoughts and beliefs to be for the higher good for everyone.

See if you can smile to everyone you come into contact with on this day. Observe the difference your smile makes inside your body (i.e.- more relaxation, your heart feels lighter) and in the energy exchange between yourself and another person.
