Inner Wisdom- Freedom From Within (Register for series or individual classes by calling: 239-434-4737) All four of these workshops take place at The Renaissance Academy, Naples, Florida Monday mornings, 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. March 1-Class 1 Be Your Full Vibrant Potential & Live With Self- Awareness We will learn how to identify beliefs that hinder you which enables you to view your life with a higher perspective – one that empowers you. We will discuss positive ways and techniques on how to really get to know yourself and your highest vision. Learn how to build trust in your own inner guidance system and become more inner-lead versus outer-lead. This will help you build trust and self-reliance and feel empowered. We will do a visualization technique to heal wounds through a forgiveness exercise.
March 8-Class 2 Accept What Is--Into a State of Peace In this class you will learn a seven steps process on how to handle conflict, process your emotions, and learn how to get yourself into a state of peace. In our everyday life we confront many situations – and we have the choice on how we perceive, react and process our emotions in those situations. We will practice an energy balancing technique called Emotional Freedom Technique.
March 15 -Class 3 Choose Your Relationships Wisely – Attracting Your Energetic Match In All Relationships Discover a seven-step formula on how to get clear on who you want to spend your time with, and what is important to you. This class helps you learn more about yourself and prepares you for better relationships without wasting your time. I will guide you to discern your values, acknowledge your external and internal pressures, release old programming, and learn how to ask the right questions while getting to know others, and be discerning of who you are putting on a pedestal. Learn to identify red flags! Live with a mindset of “abundance” versus scarcity.
March 22- Class 4
Communicate Your Way to Empowerment We will talk about how we handle conflict, discuss ways to increase intimacy and learn how to identify our feelings and formulate the right words to express ourselves in the most productive, compassionate way possible. Learning how to communicate is important to enhance all of our relationships and increase our own empowerment- this includes the expression of our heart whether it’s positive or negative. Be prepared to take action in a positive way for you!
